The other week my friend had invitited my sister and I to go on a little beach adventure with her. We went to Ventura beach which is about an hour away from where we live. I've been to many beaches since I do live next to the coast, but Ventura is one of my favorite beaches in California because it's not as crowded as other well known beaches. They also have a place called Main St. with lots of cute litte thrift stores and shops to browse at. I decided this is the perfect opportunity to try and vlog my day at the beach! So I editited and posted a new video this morning about my trip so you should go check it out! Please like and share it! :) http://youtube.com/alliedarling137

Encouraging Thoughts
Hello Darlings! I feel like it's been a while since I've blogged but it has been a hectic few weeks here. So as some of you may know I am a dancer, and if you didn't know well... surprise! This week is when we take everything that we create and learn in the studio the past few months and take it to the theater where we start fix the finishing touches. Now as I may have mentioned earlier that it can get a bit hectic throughout first dress rehearsal at the studio, to moving to the theater and all, but as dancers or even as athletes we must keep a balance within ourselves. Some people can get anxious during this whole transisiton and it's not healthy for a performer. You need to be focused yet calm and most importantly just have fun! These words of encouragement isn't just for you, but for me as well because I go through that also. So I hope that whether you have a performance, a volleyball game, an exam, etc. coming up just keep a steady mind. Everything will turn out great! :)

Tea Thursday
Hi Guys! I know I haven't been posting any blogs this week. I've been very busy this entire week just as I will be on the oncomings 2 weeks but I havn't forgotten my "Tea Thursday" ritual where I post random qoutes that involve tea just to give you some food for thought. For the next few weeks I won't be posting daily but I WILL be posting when I can, maybe even twice a day, so don't worry! I'll try my best! :) So here are this weeks food for thought quote:
“Who would then deny that when I am sipping tea in my tearoom I am swallowing the whole universe with it and that this very moment of my lifting the bowl to my lips is eternity itself transcending time and space?”

Girls Night!
Having facials or makeovers might be my favorite part of a sleepover. It doesn't even have to be perfect! It can be for silly challenges or for instagram selfies!
You can set up a bed or make a fortress! Anywhere so you can have a place to crash if you get tired. It's also a nice to place to have your girly conversations or pillow fights. :)
Romance, horror, action and etc. The next part is picking a movie that you will enjoy.
If you can't find a movie that you like from your DVD collection, you can never go wrong with Netflix! It has a whole bunch of movie selections you can pick from.
Here is my younger sister picking our first movie that we'll be watching tonight on Netflix. :)
Once you have selected a movie, you pop the popcorn and get out all your snacks. Sit back, relax, and enjoy! :D
